Unless you have seen it on the New Liturgical Movement website, the Canons Regular of Saint John Cantius have released an on-line tutorial on the Extraordinary form Mass. Have a look. I am particularly interested in the "learning to serve at the Altar" which is yet to come.

The only odd thing is the pdf of the Missal which is not the 1962 edition but an earlier edition from the 1920s. I cant understand why they did that.

I have no idea why they would use the earlier edition, but I can say the some traditional groups inside and outside the church greatly dislike the changes made by John XXIII and Pius XII to the missal and holy week. Some even out right refuse to use the 1962. I have not idea how the Canons Regular of Saint John Cantius stand on this.
The canons regular of St John Cantius use both the Ordinary and Extraordinary form of the Mass at their parish church in Chicago, so they are definitely not in the "head in the sand" traditionalist groups. That is why this Missal seems so out of character.
